Incredible string band. The 5000 spirits or the layers of the onion.
Did somebody mention psychedelic music? Second album from my favourite band.

Hi Gav, Ordered it direct from the manufacturer, they do international shipping, arrived with no fuss. It lists at $100 on their website, they use DHL worldwide, just checked the invoice and it was $140 including shipping, so it ain’t exactly cheap, but it is very good.

Can’t put the link because of the rules, but if you just search for mobile fidelity Thriller you should land at the right place.

Sail On Sailor 1972/The Beach Boys

I’ve been working my way through this excellent round up of the Carl & The Passions/Holland era.

Music: great. Good mixes of the two studio albums, two surprisingly good unreleased Carnegie Hall live shows from late 72 and a decent chunk of alt takes and newly unearthed songs.

Highlights: Brian’s Mt Fairway alt & out takes. Al and Dennis’ unheard songs.
Blondie Chaplin and Ricky Fataar’s voices and songs getting some of the limelight

The CD Deluxe set as package : less so, compared to The Beatles’ Revolver.

Perfunctory book, poorly written & less than illuminating research into this fascinating BB and Brian period.

Inspired by @ewemon… depeche mode clashes with the uk dates so will be looking at options in Europe.

Paul McCartney - The 7” Singles
80 singles 159 tracks
I’ll be back in 10hrs 3mins, if I haven’t lost the will to live by then :grinning:
Lucky I am streaming otherwise there would be far to much exercise turning 80 singles over every few minutes :face_exhaling:

Another Can SACD with amazing SQ. Flow Motion represents Can at their most playful, but the title track is seriously a masterpiece:

Not sure why this never saw the light of day - cracking mid 70s trio jazz set from Elton Dean with Steve Miller (not that one) and Pip Pyle.
