I don’t know the Fisherman album, but a ‘like’ for good old Mole Jazz…King’s Cross has never been the same since the shop closed.
Santana - Borboletta.
Check out Breathe from the same session and features some bloke named Iggy Pop.
Think is another good un and Lou Donaldsons Alligator Boogaloo which features Lonnie Smith and George Benson.
Excellent @Charles64, I just had the CD on too.
I try and limit myself to buy one or two LPs a month (I know that that can sound miserly but it stops me from getting carried away!) and spurred on by recently chatting to yourself, @TheKevster and @Anonymoot it will be a Fall LP. I need to star getting a few to complement the CDs I have. The dilemma is which ones do I start with!!
Didn’t you say that you disliked the term Vinyls… something I would never write.
I collect compact discs / CD’s besides which is far easier / quicker to write than wot you wrote.
So can we respect each others format of choice please.
Band of Heathers reminds me of this album I have by the Band of Susans
That’s one to cherish Kev.
LP - abc records (MCA) 1972 : )

The Allman Brothers Band - Eat A Peach.
Noticed this album on Qobuz the other day, not immediately grabbing me, but I think it’ll be a grower on repeated listening.
The sound quality/mixing (as with F.E.A.R) doesn’t seem great to me via digital sources (streaming Qobuz, but have F.E.A.R on CD and download). The F.E.A.R. concert video audio mix I got on iTunes and alter BluRay is streets ahead of the digital download/CD.
£27 for the current album on vinyl though I suspect I’ll get a copy.
