Miles Davis & John Coltrane - The Final Tour

Miles had to persuade Coltrane to join him on this tour and the tension can be heard here, especially in Trane’s extended solos in which he just continues experimenting and trying new ideas.

‘Talking Book’ by Stevie Wonder.

This is a glorious sounding record. His early/mid-70s albums combined songcraft, performance and production to brilliant effect – one LP after another.
