This bear of very little brain can’t manage pictures on the iPad, which is currently controlling the choons, but it was Marvin Gaye, followed by yon Rag ‘n’ Bone chap, and I’m now getting down with Dubxanne.
Primal Scream in about an hour from now.

Yes it is warm, it’s clouded over here, but still 18 degrees. Just hope that everybody acts sensibly next week during the expected heatwave. Good chance to stay cool inside and spin some choons. I’ll listen out for Primal Scream

Just dug out my MFSL Meddle gold Ultradisc CD (in a plastic long box, no less!). Not a great way to listen to this classic album, the bass is flabby and the treble soft (just like the MFSL vinyl LP)…

Tigran Hamasyan - Atmospheres
Tigran Hamasyan (Piano), Arve Henriksen (Trumpet), Eivind Aarset (Guitar) and Jan Bang (Samples, Live Sampling).
Streaming on Qobuz (96/24)… I finished watching todays edition of the Tour de France and now continuing on into the mid-afternoon with Tigran and this fabulous quartet and they are sounding sublime! This is one fine album, very relaxing and simply beautiful…
