Linda Ronstadt. Greatest Vol 2. Vinyl. Good songs on here, perhaps beginning to sound a little dated.
Now playing…
Gard Nillen Acoustic Unity - Elastic Wave
Gard Nilssen (Drums), André Roligheten (TenorSaxophone, Soprano Saxophone, Bass Saxophone, Clarinet) and Petter Eldh (Double Bass).
Streaming on Qobuz (88.2/24)… kicking off this Friday morning with this newly released album, July 15th, Gard Nillen ‘Acoustic Unity’ trio and the opening track is sounding mighty fine! …looking forward to the rest of the album.
Jethro Tull - Aqualung
Another I’ve not played for at least a decade. I reckon there must be a few thousand in that category!
My first ever concert had Tull as the headliner…Too Old to Rock and Roll, Too Young Too Die tour.
Now that is a fine album, better than Aqualung IMHO, although it wasn’t so well received by the music press IIRC.
Another all-time great live album - on vinyl from Discogs, which I highly recommend based on my experience thus far.
Amazingly tight band…and I think highly underrated.
Now playing

The Cars wonderful eponymous debut from 1978, full of memories. Still lot’s of fun to listen to which is why I’m getting it out this evening.
Possibly the best live album.
