I believe it’s Bux ter hoo der. At least, that’s how I’ve heard it pronounce. Whatever, it’s a fine album and there is a follow up Opus 2 as well.

The Sensational Alex Harvey Band - British Tour '76.

“Laydeeez an’ Gennelmun … … The Sensational … … … Alex … … … Harvey … … … BAND!”

Privileged to have seen this tour at York Uni.

“Sensational” was an understatement.

Indeedy Dave - if it was at Central Hall me & Lady BC were there too. Degrees of separation etc… A great showman and superb music.

An early Diane Birch album……not sure why she has dried up……a concert once a year or so, a fabled album recorded in Wales?

Great choice Tony!

It was indeed, and we had a great view, so that we pinged Zal breaking a top string on his Gibson SG, and just carrying on, transposing the notes elsewhere on his fretboard, what a player!

I liked Central Hall, with the amphitheatre feel to it … … … ah, memories of Capt. Beefheart, Ronnie Lane, etc., etc. :+1:
