Looks like another cracker from guitarist Mary Halvorson - About Ghosts - to follow up last years Cloudward and 2022s Amaryllis & Belladonna. Unclassifiable just thoroughly modern music.

So far I’ve ordered Catch a Fire on UHQR and Kaya and Uprising on Analogue Productions non UHQR. I already have an excellent Mofi Exodus and the others I will hope to pick up down the road.

Caravan - The Shows of Ours… Live

Due for release 22/8/25. 10 LPs for £250 or so. Alternatively it’s an eye watering £450 with two items of artwork already seen in the Who Do You Think We Are? box set from a couple of years back.

What are the chances of getting ten defect free records?

The last of the career box sets (at last) - 12 September 2025.

13 Cds/18 LPs - I can’t even imagine how much these will cost given the price tag on Brucie’s recent set.

Qobuz have the Hi Res at £212 and even with my sublime discount taking it to £141 !

As Bowie said in the lyrics to his song ‘Join The Gang’
“Next month we shall find a place where prices ain’t so stiff
15 bob a coke, afraid that’s past a joke
This is how to spend now that you’ve joined the gang”

Interesting …13 CDs £115 / 18 LPs £399…

I think I have most of it on vinyl already including an unopened limited edition blackstar that arrived the day before he died. But good music.

The “Recall” CDs which mop up the odds and sods are normally worth having but I think I already have most of these.

Could be the first Bowie box set I take a miss on.

Pity as I would have preferred the Aladdin Sane Pin Ups box this year or the long awaited Tin Machine box set.

Yep I’m of the same feeling @AndyP unless the vinyl comes down to £320 or so. Shame as I’ve all the other vinyl boxes :man_shrugging:t3:
