I got a naim xs3 and rega p6 with Nagaoka MP 200 cartridge .
I don’t know if I go with PMC twenty 5,23i speakers or neat ekstra?

They are it’s true, but can you, or have you had a demonstration? There are many other brands that work well with Naim. Speakers are very much a personal choice, and also depend on your room as to which might work best.

In my town I don’t have possibility to hear good British speakers like pmc or neat
I am looking for a realistic sound with perfect and articulate bass, every instruments at the right place.
My room is about 25 M2.
Don’t want to buy a flattering sound with deep bass and booming.
Want a tight and Sharp sound like recording studio with a large sound stage.
Spendor A2 perhaps but don’t know how sound spendor?

What do dealers near you stock…or are you planning to buy without trying? If the latter consider s/h as there’s always a risk buying speakers without at the very least a dealer demo. Ideally a home trial

The PMCs are no longer available in passive form, so you’d need to get used, or go for one of the new Prophecy range.
My concern is that your room is quite large and the XS3 is relatively limited in power. I agree that the tight and fast bass you are seeking is the right thing to go, but in a large room that can be hard to achieve without a large amplifier.
I’d strongly suggest that you try speakers at home before committing.
Yes, home dem would be a good idea.
I had Keilidhs in a room about that size powered by the XS3. They sounded really good and are only 86dB efficient with a dip to 3.2 ohms. However, bass is always well controlled and never that deep since they only go down to 65Hz (passive) - some way off 28Hz for the 5.23i.
I am using Spendor A4.2 with my Nait XS3. It works very well for me. But you really need to listen for yourself. They need some space from the back-wall.

I can have pmc passive in my country for about 2990 euros
Neat ekstra for 2500 euros
And spendor A2 for 2690 euros
What is ‘flattering sound’? The Spendors have a rear base port, which can be tricky w.r.t. positioning.
Just get a pair of Neat Mystique Classics you won’t be disappointed and a very good match with the XS3

I like Neat speakers, I own Neat speakers but I fear the Ekstras may be too much for your amplifier in your 25m2 room.
The PMCs are unknown to me.

In that case just buy second hand and if they’re no good for you then move them on. Advantage is that you can take as much time as you like to decide.

More important than the overall size of a room is the proportions of height:width:length. If any of these measurements are the same, or multiples of each other, they often have a huge effect on acoustics, especially bass, which can be either too much or too little depending on where you sit.
Large speakers which can handle deeper bass will make this problem much worse.
The fact that you mention bass performance as a priority makes me wonder if this is a problem you have in your room. Understanding speaker/room interaction is the most important factor in HiFi performance in my experience.

Larg 5 meters
But my listening is in front of the wall on the larger.
I would be at almost 5 meters to the speakers.
