Ya it’s latest and its top model , fighting nordost powerhouse at 25 k . These 2 top brands are competing for the best spots… and it’s good they do cos audiophile like us benefit from the competition… although they are most ex , but they have different series to suit different budget and , they are very good too.
Their magic starts with the A-series. Many claims C-series being their sweet spot. I laughed at their pricing many times. Until I tried them in my system. I’m still blown away by my C2 Signalz between NDS and 552.

Haha, I can see why you would say that; but I am done and very happy thanks. Another 24 hours clocked up burning them in and the system is sounding a lot better and more relaxed this morning

It’s big brother arrived at my place yesterday, £4k instead of £7k.
Loving it so far, just cd as I have no SACDs yet. Paired with the PM10. Supposedly for a second system but running them in the main so far and I am very impressed

TP link media converters, ifi power supplies, and fibre cable to try optically isolating the NSC222 from the router. Result? not good at all, harsh, flat, fatigue-inducing sound. Massive relief when I took it out a couple of weeks later. Used the ifi on a cheap Ethernet switch instead, much better.
Then this week a Puritan PSM 156, mainly to see if it would fix the transformer hum from my 250 (silent at the dealer’s place, noisy at home). Result? total silence (apart from the music). The sound quality overall seems improved too. Is this because of the mains filtering or just the massive reduction in noise and vibration from the system? Or is it just because I’m no longer having to work to ignore the transformer noise? I can’t tell, but I’m not sending it back…

Could you not buy it in champagne colour?
I was impatient! They only had black in stock and the offer on the SA-10 is only on the champagne. Not too bothered to be honest but I must admit the champagne looks fantastic. Just switched to balanced interconnects and they certainly seem better than RCA. Loving it so far, just get some SACDs on order. Where do people order from, acoustic sounds have loads but re US based

I kept the Superdrive I had with an old Mac mini and now use it to rip CDs onto my NAS. It is a handy device and seems to work very well
