What was the last CD you bought

A lot of folk do. I think there is a single album dying to get out, maybe. I rarely play it.

Home Service Alright Jack, Van Morrison Irish Heartbeat, definitely both keepers and very likely to get plenty of play time based on my initial listening.

I always think it’s something that might require a visit to the Urology department at my local hospital :frowning:

Im actually still waiting for the physical CD’s to arrive, but I am playing the Bandcamp downloads of these two impressive albums.

This Ezra Collective album is a good fun album. From the first plays, It is nothing deep or intellectual, just good music to tap your feet too.

Horizons, by Jasmine Myra. I bought her second album Rise first, and it has not been out of the CD player since. My favourite album of the year so far. Horizons, her first on a first play seems to be almost as good as Rise.

I watched Ezra on the Beeb’s feed from Glastonbury this year. Bloody good music, I thought!

Joni Mitchell - The Asylum Albums 1976-1980

This set includes two of my favourite Joni albums, Hejira and Shadows and Light. I already have all these albums, but I listened to these remasters on Qobuz and with a reduced price on Amazon I couldn’t resist.

Crosby, Stills and Nash + Buffalo Springfield.

Thus confirming Mrs @BigAl’s comments that “you only like 50 year old music” older in this case…
