What was the last CD you bought

Just arrived from Barcelona. Another Mosaic to be followed by the Vanguard piano box when it arrives with Jazz Messengers.

Sound quality of that set - and the music - is great. I need to get the Piano Trios set too.

….back in the changing room of the shop! Great cover to have Mr. Benn and the shop assistant playing the instruments.

Just recently watched the Crossroads film for the first time in donkeys years. A genius connection to Johnson I suppose, but some great guitar playing from Steve Vai and Ry Cooder.

Fantastic to see so many different tastes here!

The Scream’s “Let it Scream”. I owned it from its release (1991) and somehow lost it, but managed to find a copy on eBay. Fortunately it’s mint. It was John Corabi’s band before he left to join Motley Crue for one album (which flopped). Even though it was 1991, I think it’s one of the best albums from what’s now called the “80’s hair metal” genre. Corabi is now with The Dead Daisies.

Found this rare copy whilst looking for the original vinyl, so have gone this route instead. Reference material, a really good find.

On the regular NZ auction site. It was a bit of a find, US disc, the 24 K Gold Plated and a lovely little booklet and that fancy J-case.

Original CD releases (I think) of these albums from 1973 and 1964. 99p each from charity shop.

A pre-order from @TheKevster productions (and others of course), ESE & The Vooduu People, Is This Jazz? For some reason, I got trapped in Bandcamp’s US delivery cycling, and every time I tried to adjust, it generated another order! Got there in the end.
