Nait 1 Euro 75.00 about 10 years ago. A surprising musical little box.
We have a winner.
Probably my bargain was my LP12 that I got in late 90s. I told my dealer I was looking. A few weeks later he rang with an LP12 with troika, Ekos arm and Lingo. £600.
A NAC32.5.
Bought used from a Naim dealer for £150 to pair with a new NAP140.
Used happily for 16 years before being sold for £475 following purchase of a NAC52.
Best regards, BF
Sonneteer Orton integrated (bought 2021)
List £2,495
Paid £950 (used)
Like some of the others, my whole system is 2nd-hand. Latest finds have been a 2002 HiCap for around £660 that was recently serviced and upgraded to DR spec, and a pair of Dynaudio Audience 52’s for around £270. Both rather good bargains in my part of the world.
I bagged a Clearaudio Concept tt for £500 last year - I’d been after one for ages and was willing to pay double that
A Marantz CD48 from fleabay which cost the princely sum of £40, works perfectly and sounds wonderful
My 2nd system’s amp is a Naim Nait 5si - it has a mark on the top and because of this cost me £485 - huge bang for buck
