I think home demos must be a uk thing. Can’t see any dealers here (australia) indulging in such
I just can’t see how you can possibly buy Hi-Fi without a home demo… especially high end… it’s a bit like driving a car without a test drive…

No problems getting home demos here in the states. I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect someone to plunk down thousands of dollars for a piece of kit without trying it out first.
On my system, in my ears, WAV has it by a considerable margin. Don’t know why and don’t care. Files are easily inter convertible, so we can each choose our favourite format - if any differences are noticed.
