Is there a cable that is best out there in the £15 per metre price bracket?

Current ones are Focal but looking to get a pair of ATC SCM40

Okay what’s good with Focal may not be ideal with ATC in which case I’d hold. But if you’re really keen to change now Chord Odyssey or Naca 5 will be risk free and work well with both. Available 2nd hand.

If I didn’t have my KS-1 and had to buy new I’d probably get some Linn K20

I agree with Skeptikal.
I really like Linn K400 split.
I bought 3 meters second hand for about 50€.
Full, detailed sound, no harshness.

I have no choice but to change now because I have changed the layout of the lounge and the old K20 cables (5m) wont reach the 10-11m distance.

I don’t think I will be able to get a pair of 10m+ Odysseys easily so will need to look at cheaper versions. I can see that FutureShop has several models of Chord cables. Is any of the cheaper ones (£15-20 p/m) recommended? That might be better than the K20?

Quite a few sets of Odysssey in the eBay but sadly not that length. I can’t answer for other Chords I’m afraid.
