I always liked Naims boundary designs SBL, DBL etc, do you think we will ever see their like again?

Boundary designs are in short supply by speaker makers and IMO we need more as we don’t all have the space for speakers a metre or so out into the room.

Naim speakers I would have thought extremely unlikely for the foreseeable future given the tie with Focal, but ‘boundary’ speakers exist, from on- and in- wall speakers by various manufacturers, and perhaps the most striking of all being the Xulyde MD1 and MD3 from Synthèse Hifi in France, which might strike a chord (pun not intended!) with people knowing the SL2 or perhaps SBL.

I was never that impressed by Naim speakers (and I love the brand), although I didn’t hear their top of the line. To my ears, Focal speakers are better. Although not necessarily my cup of tea, they impress me in ways Naim speakers didn’t. Apologies to all, just my taste.

Per last site tour all of the speaker manufacture and support area has long been re-allocated and priorities are elsewhere. ‘Not a chance’ would be my verdict.

I think @Richard.Dane has stated here that in terms of the area of the factory that speaker building takes up, it is very unlikely if Naim will make them again.

If they were allowed by the owners,they could maybe extend the factory area …
The factory can really only be extended upwards, which is not ideal, and would likely not be approved by planning anyway due to having residential development all around it now.
A better idea would be an entirely new factory on another site. This was actually something being considered many years back before the Focal merger. The idea being to move speaker production to a new facility which might then form the basis for a new factory site. Of course, it would require a great deal of money, and ultimately events rather overtook the idea.

Another possibility would be to set up a factory in Denmark were the cabinets for the speakers was made and also some components .

Bear in mind that not all the cabinets were made in Denmark.
