No. Anymore than a different router will.
That is not really the case. A linear power supply has no bearing, and if not designed correctly could even make matters worse for VDSL connectivity. Good practice is to typically seen as keeping network equipment away from audio equipment, and keep noisy electronics away from your domestic VDSL cable / phone line.
If you use quality consumer or standard commercial grade network switches and cables or wifi you should be fine
