I own an ageing pair of 135 mono amps and an upgrade I made a few years ago was to purchase Chord Music XLRs (not cheap) didn’t realise at the time that they were L&R handed with red collar on one and black on the other, swapped around and worked ok, my question is should I purchase a NAP300 will I still be able to use the Chord Music XLRs as they were quite expensive and made a MASSIVE difference… Many thanks in advance for any replies…

In terms of the different pin connections on the L and R channels, yes, the cables will be fine on a 300.
