So let me get this right, Pete went into your loft and fetched the boxes down?
Noted for future reference.

I misread this too, @TimOopNorth did this an hour before Pete arrived.
It does seem that @TimOopNorth had an urge to take a shower with Pete though
Very committed these dealers.
Ah yes, I see now. I thought I had missed out on something in the past.
I don’t think we will go down the shower route.
That’s our Pete for you … years back, when he came all the way across to North Yorks. to install my 252, he “happened” to have a 552 in the car, which he insisted on leaving anyway, “just to have a listen”!
God loves a trier.
But seriously, a great bloke, who has guided me well on the Naim journey.
Yes, its the music works G3 that i have, as @PeterR mentions the G4 is imminent and there will be trade in deals for G3 owners.
Is the 4 more money?
I would presume do, perhaps Peter’s had a quote or even a listen. This is a top to bottom new box…not just a sparkly bottom.
Hi Gazza, neither I’m afraid, but with the current rate of being uprated, I do wonder if Alastair would allow us to set up a standing order of £100,-/ monthly with Signals, and we subsequently receive the latest one every year early December as ‘this year’s Christmas pressie’.
Problem is that I’ve already blown my budget so it aint gonna happen my end. Best Peter
What a great idea, yes it is getting a bit of a seasonal upgrade😬
Love it, boxes , gear, everywhere, been like that many times over the years, but it will be worth it, guess by know its all back together?
Er, not yet. Pete had to go back home to collect the second batch of gear. Left speaker currently going up. Then the racks to do, then the right speaker. Good job Helen is working late
Took a while to work out how the SL2s go into their boxes
Well it will be all up and running later, Pete’s putting in a late one by the sounds of it.
I hope you’ve done a damn good job of packing them!!!
Seriously, that’s sounding like a monster job
In the meantime, entertain yourselves with what it used to look like 10 years ago
Yes packed very carefully
What a walnut 808 looks like - sorry for wonky pic, it’s all a bit tricky to move around in here, still
Top man!
Bet your missus craves the simplicity of that SBL system, very nice looking
it looks like mine now!
Having heard the 808s I am not craving the SBLs- I did enjoy them for about 11 years though
Currently at the Chinese takeaway due to popular demand from the offspring so left Pete to it!
I recon that is the nicest finish Kudos do.
