Sorry for the question but i’m lost with the following issue: I have a preamp NAC 252 (FOcal anniversary edition) and i’m unable to use the remote to select the sources… Only the volume and the mute button seem working…
I assume it’s a NARCOM 5? Have you pressed the PRE softkey (first light grey button on the left) to tell the handset it’s in pre-amp control mode?
Press the pre button on the remote, and then the appropriate number for the source.
