Advice for Unitiqute 2 & KEF LSXII LT

Hi Folks, hoping for some advice, I have a Unitiqute 2 paired with Kef LS50 in my living room. Want to add KefLSX II LT in my home office (on same wifi network) can I add the LSXII LT on the Naim App and stream to the home office and if yes any tips on the process to do so. Thanks in advance for taking the trouble to help

Unfortunately no, not without a second Naim streamer. What you propose is multiroom, in Naim’s case one streamer acts as master and one acts as slave.
Have you considered moving your UQ2 to your office and replace it with a pre-owned Nova and purchase a pair of pre-owned speakers for the UQ2?

Thank you for confirming

Those Kefs have their own built in streaming capability which is significantly more up to date than the aging Unitiqute. In that respect it doesn’t really make sense to use aging Naim technology to control them.
There are workarounds that could get them to play in multiroom mode if that’s what you want, but otherwise I think you are better off using them under their own separate controls.

Do you have any iOS devices?

I have separates (NDX2 for streaming) in the light room, an Atom in the kitchen and LSXii’s in the study. I can have any two or all three devices synced for playback via Apple Airplay.

In the screenshot below I’m using Tidal through the KEF’s only but just need to tap on the other devices for them to join in, and you have a volume slider for each device. Would this method work for you?
