Solved mine. It was a simple shortcut of the Y conectors in the back of the Naim
The Y rotated and touched each other. Discovered this after I disconnected the cables from the speakers and the error was still on.
Hope it helps. My advice is disconnect the speakers first , then the cables. If error still on… you in trouble
