I have been at my dealer today and just for fun listened to small loudspeakers (to eventually replace my energy point 1e in bedroom system).
Had a quick listen to apertura swing - fed by an atom. Wow - these are very lovely sounding. Warm and smooth with plenty of soundstage. Bass definition was a bit short, but overall a very nice speaker. Never heared apertura - will do more in the future (good they are @frenchrooster ) 
I heard a pair of floor standing Apertura at a show here. They sounded very nice. They were driven by this amp. 2x25W like Nait 50. But +8000 EUR..
Nice to know they are distributed in Germany. It would be difficult for me to change the brand. I have mine since 15 years. Heard the Harbeth M30 recently, after all the fuss on Harbeth. Not even close.
Does the dealer have bigger models, just to try by curiosity ?
@mikehughescq was disappointed by the Emlum I remember.
They are disturbuted from a city nearby. No - he only had the small one and a lot of ATC
