Does anyone know if there are any electronic differences between the ATC 20 LE’s and the more recent standard 20’s other than finish?
Don’t seem to be able to find anything on this.

I seem to recall that there may be differences in the cross-over but from what to what I can’t say so I am sorry not much help but I expect someone will be able to correctly say.
Otherwise as you say the main differences are cosmetic in finish and hardware used.

Don’t know about the Xovers or amp packs, but chatting to Ben Lilly of ATC earlier this year, he said that the internal bracing of the new active 20 standmounts was a simplified version of that in the LE. Not sure how much sonic difference that makes. I’ve heard both the LE and the new one but in different system so hard to make a comparison.
