I have Sky and no problems with mesh and Naim (ND5XS). I’ve even confused the issue with a TPLink WiFi router hardwired to a Sky booster connected to my ADSM3. All is stable. I suspect if you are having connection issues there is more at play than the underlying hardware.
It’s possible you may need to logon directly to the router from a web browser, probably something like 192.168.0.1 for the address and look for a page called device discovery and turn that on… also the newer WPA3 can sometimes cause problems so perhaps try and set it to WPA2 to see if that helps as well.
Have you factory reset the HE since installing your new mesh? A clean start is always best as Internet settings can be “sticky” when moving systems.
Yes I did the mandatory turn it off turn, turn it on but not a factory reset.
I’m set on getting a wired connection now but thanks for replies

I use a Sky Max pod with the Fibre router and after a little bit of a faf getting the Innuos to see the internet despite showing as connected to the pod, a restart on the Innuos sorted it. I have the pod connected by cable to the Innuos and needed to change a few permissions on the pod itself, but it’s all now working perfectly.
I’ve used 2 generations of Netgear Orbi Mesh with a 555 and an Atom connected by Ethernet to Satellites for 6 years with zero issues. My QB is connected to the Parent router - also no issues
