Got a 2nd hand atom. I managed to hook it up with the remote and with bluetooth/spotify but not with the naim app. In my mind i have followed the naim app instructions. Any ideas?

Is the app running on a device that’s connected to the same network as the Atom? Sometimes phones automatically connect to a mobile network, then they will not find the streamer.
If your home network has any additional WiFi extenders or other devices that may also be the cause, depending on how your network is configured.
This is the first setup and network connection has not been established. During the setup sequence the naim app does not find the unit. But perhaps it needs to be hardwired?
Maybe the wifi signal is insufficiently strong. Try temporarily moving the Atom much nearer to the router and try again. If that works, you’ll know it’s the wifi.
Found it. Wifi mode can be activated on the unit through settings icon on the front panel.

This morning my apps on Apple and Android devices wouldn’t connect but a power recycle has cured it.
