I would like to add a sub to my Atom with Nap140, Rel recommend Hi level connection to speaker out puts.
There is the option for low level using the pre out on the Atom but I wouldn’t be able to use the 140, which I like and adds more dimension to the Atoms sound, or connect to the 140 speaker outs.
Help and opinions would be appreciated.
Connect the sub hi level input to the back of the speakers.

Yes looking at previous posts it seems the way to go.
I’m thinking Rel, however B&K subs have come to my attention and look on paper very similar to Rel.
BK make great subs, and they are good value. I believe they used to manufacture subs for Rel before launching their own range, which they sell direct via their website.
