Does anyone have any experience of or thoughts about this AR DAC 8* either on its own merits or in comparison to more recent DACs?
I am looking for a new DAC solution for both CD and Bluesound Vault playback. My current set up utilises the DAC in my Marantz SA8005, which is decent enough, but I’m sure there’s performance improvements to be gained elsewhere.
