ā¦donāt do twitter
You donāt need to ādoā Twitter. You just Google Jonathanās name and Twitter, that will give you his Twitter page and you just click on the obvious link. Or if you wait a few days I expect Signals will provide a link from their website.
yep -they have linked it on their facebook page so i reckon they will
Me neither.
David Cameron wasnāt quite my cup of tea but he had a point when he said too many tweets can make a tw** (or something along these lines; hope my memory isnāt too badā¦)
I clearly recall him saying something very close to that
Looks like Iāve been a little remiss. What, me?
Have now tweeted a link to Jonathanās excellent review and have added link to the audio show east page which has now been edited into mainly past tense.
Thanks to all who came along. Egos engorged. Unlike bellies. Yes, the food needed to be better. The vendors complained that hardly anyone bought anything. If we ever do this again, weāll see if we can get some sort of gourmet food outlet van!
The stars were the folks from all the manufacturers who ran the various rooms and our long-suffering team, including a customer or two, who helped with the lugging, endless bloody curtains and metalwork. With a bad back, I was on light duties . . .
Glad to hear people have enjoyed the show report, Audio Show East is a most enjoyable event and a very relaxing experience compared to the hurly burly of the usual shows. You really do get time to chat to the manufacturers and to spend time listening to their systems.
As for finding stuff Soundstage can be confusing because it isnāt really just one website but a number of different websites each with a different purpose/remit. Those who wish to read high end reviews of equipment like Naim Focal will find them all on Soundstage Ultra, while show reports/factory visits/press trips such as my report on āa day at Naimā or the Audio Show East go on Soundstage Global.
I hope this falls within the forum rules and clarifies things. The only links I would ever seek to put on here would be those directly pertaining to Naim Focal such as a Naim product review or factory tour - and only then with Richardās prior permission. Other non-trade forum members have a bit more freedom in that respect I guess, but thatās fine by me.
