The Aristocrats with Primuz Chamber Orchestra
I think this is the best combination of a hard rock band with an orchestra (pace Metallica and Deep Purple fans). This is stunning integration, and the whole album is a corker.

The irrepressible Gainsbourg and the stunning Bardot. And a charmingly bonkers backing track. I reckon Serge is amongst the most talented musician, composer and epically rogue to have been largely ignored by us Brits until recently.
A true babe hound.
Ryo Fukui (1948 – 2016) was a Japanese jazz pianist based in Sapporo. He played regularly at the “Slowboat” jazz club in Sapporo, which he and his wife Yasuko owned.
Another Ryo Fukui masterpiece.
