As the video indicates in the beginning look at the left side of the trees; you will see it.
I was looking there, but saw no ghost.
Be patient right in the middle of the trees it moves too.
It’s definitely there and it moves; perhaps a magnifying glass will help (I use glasses). 
It gets bright then green and moves from right to left and back again.
Spooky. 
Full screen, I see some lens aberrations/flare/ghosting which changes (as you would expect). No ghost, though.
