Please help me resolve constant static coming from the right side of my bathys headphones. It occurs in all playing modes, including when nothing is being played.
How does the static manifest itself? Is it constant crackling or popping? Is it there regardless of source? If so, there may be a fault. I would contact the dealer who sold them and explain the problem and ask them to arrange a repair.
It is a crackling and popping, yes. It occurs when connected to a 2017 macbook pro running Big Sur, and also with a Samsung S10+.
I would contact your dealer then as it sounds like there may well be a fault.
Over USB wire as well?
yes sir. it plays static even when nothing is playing as well.
