As titled, BBC radio (tried a few stations) has stopped working on my Muso and QBs. Classic FM also down. FIP, KCRW, Paradise all working. Additionally the iOS app seems unusually buggy, having trouble navigating the radio sections and freezing.
Having the very same problem with my QB gen 1. Was listening to 6 Music then streamed some music went back to the radio, nothing. Did a reset, restarted the router still nothing. Tried Naim radio and that worked and eventually got 6 music back on. All seems good with my Atom, that’s had the radio playing all day.
We’re imvestigatng the issue here. It seems the XPeri servers in the USA are not working properly and it’s causing havoc. We’re going to temporarily disconnect them from our radio system until they have put all their 1’s and 0’s back in the right sequence.
Apologies for this - out of our control as a third party system has failed. Will let you know once we’ve disconnected xperi.
When I went out this morning, I was listening to R4 on the 333. When I got back mid-afternoon, I tried to switch to R6, but the 333 wouldn’t change channels. Tried changing to a few, rebooted once, still didn’t want to change channels, rebooted again, and it was fine, but did change to Radio Paradise first. Also, the R6 preset did not show on the 333 screen or in the app, so I found it from the BBC section on the app. Once R6 was playing, the app and screen showed it again. As I am in the UK, I don’t expect it to be connected, but it did happen on the same day.
