Blindfold Test Coming Up!

We now have our new Solidsteel SS5’s in black, which I picked up from the dealer yesterday, installed under the ATC’s. Wonderful stands and worth every penny

I’d like to move the speakers further apart a bit and also a little further into the room, maybe just flush with the rack…so not too much

My partner says he’s going to test me blindfolded to see if I can hear any difference by moving the speakers…bless him! Think it’s a great idea though

I reckon I’m pretty tuned into the systems sound with our music now and I believe I still have good enough ears to hear the difference moving the speakers will make

Can’t wait for the test..I hope I get it right. My choice of music to play though so I can choose tracks I know very well

My thoughts too, could be a fun ‘listening’ session!

I found my 20’s enjoy being c2m apart, anything less and it it gets a little congested and the sound stage is pretty narrow

For the upcoming test I’ll probably put on a bit of Tony Joe White
