Do you find the node streams the ripped CDs on the Core without problems? In my case, my node has no problems with the downloaded files in the Downloads Folder of the Core, but has some issues (missing album artwork for example, some meta data) for ripped CDs which the Core stores in its Music Folder. I am considering moving my ripped files from the Music Folder to the Downloads Folder. I don’t see any reasons not to, other than I may need to re-edit the meta data on an external editor.
I’m using the Naim app to play files from the Core via the Ndac input and the Node app to play streamed files from Qobuz - both using DC1 cables. This keeps things nice and simple for me.
