Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra Streamed Autumn Season

Out local orchestra the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) is streaming their autumn 2020 season with 12 concerts starting on 30 September.

Yes it does.

We’re lucky having this orchestra on our doorstep so to speak. My late uncle was a first violinist at the BSO for his whole working life and I remember going to concerts as a child, often last minute free tickets. This was in the Pavo Bergland era. I remember one concert where Patrick Moore was a guest artist, his Xylophone playing was exceptional!

We go to occasional concerts but should go more, maybe after this virus is over we’ll address that.

A little taster here, they have done a good job.
