I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this.
The BT Sports app no longer works on my TalkTalk internet connection. The app just gives a “sorry-there’s a problem” message. I can’t even get to the BT website as the server can’t be found. However, it does work on my phone using mobile data.
A web chat with TalkTalk eventually yielded the information that they are aware of an issue and are working with BT to resolve it. Until it’s resolved customers can continue to watch BT Sport if the disconnect from their TalkTalk network!
So I won’t be watching tonight’s semi final on the TV but can watch on my phone
