Can not contact Qobuz anymore - Album charged twice

Hi
A am a bit unimpressed with Qobuz…
Yesterday they charged one album I bought twice and I have no way to contact them in this matter.
There is no chat-symbol in down right corner any more at any of my devices (Mac, I pad, I phone… different browser options).
No email address.
Does any of you have an idea, how to contact them? Next one after this dreadful Downloader? :frowning:

Could be solved - with 10:00 it had the symbol…

Chat symbol still there on my Qobuz, profile - customer services, chat box in bottom right hand corner.
