Uniti Star won‘t rip or play CDs

Hello I just tried to rip a CD, which the Uniti Star spat out after some seconds, stating that there were no tracks on the CD. So I tried a second, third and fourth CD, but again I got that error message. Trying to simply play the CD rather than rip it got me the same results. So I switched it off and disconnected it for a couple of minutes, but the problem remains. I have ripped around 1000 CDs, there are more than 500GB of space left on my 1TB hard drive, and the Uniti Star is running the n…
