Can't connect my new Uniti Atom to app

Hi All-

New to the Naim universe. I am able through the focal app on iphone to get my uniti atom to pair to my network, show up in airplay and spotify connect - but no matter what I seem to do, it will not appear in the app as a device after getting on my network. I went through the process in the app to pair it, which is how I got it on my network, but after that it still doesn’t show in the app. I am on the latest firmware and I have restarted my router twice.

Thanks in advance!

When you say the Atom is “paired” to your network, do you mean it is connected to your network via WiFi or an Ethernet cable? What do you see if you use the Atom’s front panel to go to “Settings” and then “Network Settings”?

My wifi network.

Right and what does network settings on the Atom show?

Has your iPhone dropped it’s connection to your home network and gone back to a mobile network? This would prevent it from seeing the Atom that is otherwise functioning normally on your LAN.

Also, check that the app is allowed to access the local network.

AirPlay / Spotify will connect on their own „path/route“ (and indicate, that likely the network connection(s) are working as intended).

Strange. Now I turned it off and back on and it forgot my wifi network.

That worked to double check network access on my iphone! Thanks everyone. Is there a way to turn off the logo light on the front of the unit?

You can dim it, but not completely switch it off.

For dimming, the physical remote is (was?) needed. Using the :bright_button: button.

(Not sure, this setting ever made it into the app?)
