Can't log in to Tidal in the Naim app on iphone

Today for some reason, when I switched on my NDX2 streamer via Naim app, I could not open the Tidal. When I try to log in, it says a login error. When I log into Tidal in Tidal own app, I have no problems what so ever. But can not get in in Naim app. Anybody having the same problem? And yes, I have the app updated…

App updated doesn’t mean it’s the latest version. I have an older iPhone 7 which I sometimes use to control my streamer, and because of iOS limitation (16.8 or smth) it uses an older version of the Naim app, one which doesn’t have the latest Tidal login mechanism implemented. And that is the only Naim app version I am allowed to install from the AppStore on that phone.
On a newer iPhone I have no issues, it uses the very latest iOS, therefore also the very latest, updated Naim app as well.
Don’t know if that could be your problem too, at first glance it does sound like it.

I do have IOS 18.6.2 which is the latest available for my Iphone 15plus. And the latest version of Focal Naim app. Still couple of days back everything performed flawlessly.

There is IOS26 available for the iPhone 15, but some users have reported issues using this forum with it.

OK, just discovered Apple had issued a new IOS 18.7.1 for my phone, installed it and problem solved! Thanks to everybody for your advice!

No need to risk going to IOS 26 yet. The app works fine with IOS 18.7.1

@enn The 18.7.1 update shouldn’t make any difference to the Naim app - it’s security fixes that aren’t relevant. For future reference, I think restarting your iPhone 16 would have fixed the issue without the 18.7.1 update.
