Can't login Qobuz Naim ND5 XS2

Hi, I wanted to play some music but I couldn’t play in Qobuz. Internet radio worked fine so I have internet connection.
I have powered my ND5 XS2 off and again on, still the same. Pulled of the powerconnector, waited and put it back in. Waited and then opened the app again, he asked me to log in Qobuz. Filled in my username and code but then it showed a message (see picture attached here), tried 3 times. Didn’t work. What is happening?

Well, something. I got a ticket number and I’m waiting for a reply.

I sense another forum appstorm approaching.

When I open the Qobuz app on my phone I can play a song overthere and can cast it to my Naim ND5 XS2 and with Qobus casting it works. But played nice and well soms days ago within the Naim app. I don’t understand. Very frustrating.

Perhaps try logging out of Qobuz on the streamer, then doing a password change in the Qobuz app on your mobile. Then log in on the streamer with the new password. I know that has worked in a few other instances, so worth a try albeit not making any promises! Hope it sorts out.

Do you have any punctuation characters in your password? Semi colons etc. Try changing your password to one including letters and numbers only, uppercase and lowercase.

My solution, because I explored that it worked on my MacBook. The Naim app overthere I could login on Qobuz and played all normal.
So I removed the complete Naim app of my phone. Then I reinstalled the app and everything was back normal. Didn’t even have to login Qobuz!!:flushed:
Well, real happy to have it solved and thanks for your input!

I did that, it worked…and the next day. Same issue

Yes, overhere the same! It worked just fine yesterday and this morning and this evening/now it doesn’t work anymore. Did the same again, removed, download, reinstall and worked fine again.
I have a Samsung/Android phone, and you Chiel?
On my MacBook no problems, maybe it is a Android issue right now. Anyone any solution for this problem?

There are more people facing this issue.
Several threads are here on the forum. Are you running Android 15?
Someone else has it with a Google phone. But also on Android 15. He had also issues.
Yes samsung Android 15 is what I have.

Android 14

So I have to buy a iPhone? Or iPad?
MacBook isn’t comfortable in my chair listening…

An older Phone or tablet might work.
I am using an old tablet for now. But Naim should act I think. Instead of us buying other phones.

Does Naim know?

I raised a ticket. But got no respons. Others also did. I hope Naim knows. But it is taking rather long.

Naim knows, have asked me to provide additional info which I did. And as far as I know (although not always formally reacting) Naim reads the posts at the forum.
