Can't play - skipped track

Been away from my system for a while but now I’m back I find I can’t play Tidal through my 272.
Can’t play - skipped track is the first message followed by Error - Use Naim App.
I use my iPad to control my main system and my iPhone to control my 1st gen Muso. No problem using the Muso

What firmware version is your 272 on? The latest is 4.8. You need that for Tidal going forwards and if your 272 is on 4.6 or earlier, then for sure that is the cause of that message as 4.7 responded to changes Tidal made a year ago or so. You also want to make sure you are using the latest version of the Naim IOS app which is 5.23.2
