…is temporarily not working. The casting icon disappeared from the app a week or so ago. According to another forum, Bandcamp are aware and working on a fix.
In the meantime the workaround is to start the stream on Bandcamp then go go Google Home and select the device you want to cast to. Works for me fine so far.
