When I had CDs it happened a lot. Often they had slid beneath the sofa or had been stored away on the wrong shelf.
I would do a look up by last name since some meta data come with last name first and if not corrected when ripping CD you can have it listed incorrectly. Also, try looking up by ‘Album’ name vs artist. Some times you will find it using that method.
If that doesn’t work, then follow HH’s advice above and look under the sofa cushions and rip it a second time.
