Changing Radio Station Streaming Link

Since a few weeks German Public radio Stations HR1, HR2, HR3, HR4 and HR-Info are no more longer valid. The public radio stations are listed up in the Naim App for selection as new radio stations, but are not working. The streaming links on the Website from public radio stations HR1, HR2, HR3, HR4 and HR-Info are valid and working. Any ideas or tipps to solve this problem?

This is a vTuner issue, so I assume they will eventually fix it.

Maybe when Naim support staff are back from holiday they can push vTuner for a fix.

We have already reported this to vtuner. They are normally pretty good on updating the database, but xmas and new year may slow things down.

Hi Steve,

there are much more stations affected: all Absolute Radio stations from Germany and (again) all Welle 1 stations from Austria.

The German Public Radio Station WDR 2, WDR 3,
WDR 4, WDR 5, WDR 1 Live and WDR Cosmo are
still disturbed

This radio network changed their back end servers on new years day, so was broken after the original reports in this thread.

We’ve reported it to VTuner, so should be fixed shortly.

Sorry to say, but the german public radio stations hr1, hr2, hr3 and hr4 are not working anymore. That issue had been solved a few weeks ago, but reappears.
Does it has to be reported to vtuner again?

We’ve just checked it and yes, it looks like something has gone wrong at VTuner.

A report has been raised to VTuner, so hopefully they will (re)fix it shortly.

Reported this morning to VTuner. They seem to be having some serious IT issues there at the moment, but hopefully will be sorted out soon.

Hello Steve,
many thanks for taking care of this service to all Naim WebRadio users.

There is one more glitch in the VTuner DB:
The German KlassikRadio Live main stream is playing the KlassikRadio Beats stream instead.
If you could fix this for my wife, as she is used to use the preset buttons on the MusoQb2.

Hi Steve,

No any Absolut Radio station nor any Wele 1 station available for few days.
Welle 1 works fine directly on vtuner.com.

In such cases I’m really happy to have ROON, but my wife is really sad about this problem :(.

Hi all,

Firstly, apologies for all this smoke and flames from the VTuner service. They’re slowly getting it back into shape, but they have issues.

WDR - most of those are working now. WDR1 variants are still problematic

Others - I’ve reported them to VTuner. Should be sorted soon.
