A dealer gave me like a gift this sort of five pin interconnect, is there someone who can tell me if it’s worth to be used with a CB combo?
I don’t have CB gear so take what I say with caution as I started out with a SN3. I don’t know how cable sensitive the CB is. When I had a SN3, ND5XS2 and CD5si, I started out with Shawline and quickly moved up the Chord offerings. I am not a fan of the supplied Naim cable. Others really like them. YMMV.

Yes, the ChorAlloy plugs on the Shawline (5 pin, 180 degree) will fit fine into the latching sockets, just insert the plugs all the way in. I’ve used a ShawlineX (RCA-DIN) to connect a DAC with a CB Nait 2 with nice results, it sounded more detailed than the lavender IMO.
It’s not a Snaic, it’s an interconnect.

Oh thanks, din plugs does not seem so good btw, i don’t like the colour and this kind of sheath either
Have you though about something radical, like putting it in and hearing how it sounds?

@Mike_S I liked the red. They were more detailed than the Naim interconnects.
I think they sounded fine, when my dealer demoed them between a dac and a SN3.
@Bassman53 if you get them, they will need 100-200 hours to sound thier best.
I bought Epic instead. Got a good price.
But, I don’t think there was much difference between them.

They are a little leaner sounding and detailed than the Naim Lavender grey Interconnect .

Personally I would stick to the Naim lavender interconnects. These are known to maintain the essential PRaT of Naim equipment. It’s relatively easy to find something that will be sweeter, more detailed and more tonally accurate etc. But not something that’s more musical. Chord make some excellent cables that I’ve used extensively with other kit and been very pleased with, but I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole in my current Naim system.

@70sPete There are no absolutes. Different folks hear different things. I found the supplied Naim cables average at best. Others love them. YMMV.
People do want different things. IMO if you value musical integrity above all else then the lavender interconnects are not easily beaten at any price. But if you place more importance on other factors such tonal rendition or detail then you may prefer something else.
