Chord GoFigure app issue

Just FYI, Chord Electronics have a technical issue with their firewall that is preventing normal operation of their GoFigure app.

It can be a bit quirky, i just make sure the poly is well charged and i find it and pair it before i open it (Bluetooth)

Picked up on the ‘Poly needs to be well charged’ in order for GoFigure to find and configure it correctly.

In the meantime I’m informed that Chord expects to have its firewall online again by Saturday 28th February :crossed_fingers:, so the app should function properly thereafter :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:.
