I’ve been converting some of the listings of my old 90s mixtapes into playlists on Tidal. A couple of the songs I wanted to add are from a compilation album - Until The End of the World soundtrack. The album is available on Tidal, but only around half the songs - and neither of the two I wanted.
Is this common? I’ve not really looked at compilations on there much.
I wonder if with compilation albums they need to gain permission from all of the artists individually , and that’s a bigger task than getting all albums for a single artist
That’s what I guessed too. Must be a nightmare!
