Looking for some help connecting a flatcap, nait 3.5R and NACD3.5, can anyone tell from the picture if I’ve connected the components correctly?

Yes, that’s correct. The DIN5 plug strain relief on the grey SNAIC5 at the Flatcap end looks like it needs reseating within the metal body, but all good otherwise.
