Pat Metheny at The Barbican in July. Looking forward to seeing him perform live for the first time, showcasing his new work Side-Eye III+, which is released on 27th February. He will be joined by Chris Fishman (piano and keyboards), Jermaine Paul (bass) and Joe Dyson (drums).
Seen Pat Metheny several times. he is brilliant live. Much better than on record.

Sure to be a good show. I’ve seen him a number of times and performances have been exemplary and generous in terms of duration. I think the last one I saw was the ‘Trio’ but before that caught the PMG ‘Speaking of Now’ and ‘Imaginary Day’ tours. Still got my tour T shirts !
